Visitor Guideline
A hospital is a shared entity, and each one of our patients reserves the right to the most secure, sterile, and secluded environment to be able to regain their health. In this regard, we have a set of guidelines for our visitors that helps maintain the sanctity of the principle as mentioned earlier. The following guidelines are to protect the privacy of every patient while offering visitors the maximum possible window to visit and spend time with their loved ones. We trust that our visitors will appreciate our steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, which include adhering to the following principles.
- Please visit your loved ones at designated hours only.
- Please refrain from bringing outside food, flowers, or gifts.
- Please ensure your visit does not disturb the other patients.
- Please refrain from venturing into restricted areas.
- Please refrain from using the cell phone on the hospital premises and keep it silent.
- Please follow instructions from the staff on duty at all times.
- Please give way to patients in the elevator as they are being transferred.
- Please refrain from using patient toilets so as to prevent cross-infection.
- Please refrain from visiting patients if you are suffering from a cold/flu or any other infection.
- Please wash your hands with sanitizer before and after visiting the patient.
- Children under the age of 10 are not encouraged to visit the patient.
- Please take care of your belongings; the hospital is not responsible for their safety.
- Please abide by security rules and hospital authority protocols
- Please do not smoke, the hospital premises are a no-smoking zone.
- Please check the visiting hours, it varies from one hospital to another.
